Keep your website
working.

Ongoing website maintenance and support for service businesses. We help keep pages accurate, inquiry paths functioning and technical housekeeping from getting buried under everything else.

Talk about website maintenance ↗

Small issues have a way of becoming business problems.

An outdated location page. A broken form. An offer that changed weeks ago. A new service nobody can find. Maintenance is the ongoing work that keeps your website aligned with how your business actually operates.

Website upkeep with a purpose.

Content and site updates

Keep agreed service details, hours, locations, staff or business information accurate, and publish approved page or content updates.

Inquiry-path checks

Review important forms, call-to-action links, contact information and key page journeys for problems that may prevent a prospective customer from reaching you.

Technical housekeeping

Handle supported site and platform tasks, extensions or integrations within the agreed access level and project scope.

Performance and usability

Review obvious technical or mobile issues, broken links and relevant website performance signals; prioritize fixes based on impact and available access.

Maintenance should have priorities.

Not every site needs the same amount of support. We determine which areas are business-critical, agree on how requests are submitted and prioritized, and identify what belongs in routine maintenance versus a separate development project.

How ongoing support works.

Review the current site

We establish the platform, account access, business-critical pages, outstanding issues and what can realistically be supported.

Agree on coverage

We define update categories, request process, expected cadence, responsibilities and any response-time commitments in the service agreement.

Maintain and improve

We complete approved recurring tasks and agreed changes, checking their effect on the pages and user paths that matter.

Report and escalate

We surface completed work, remaining priorities and any larger development or platform issues that need a separate decision.

Clear coverage. No vague promises.

Maintenance plans are scoped. Hosting, paid plugins, domain renewals, third-party vendor charges, major redesigns and emergency or after-hours response are not automatically included. We won't promise 24/7 monitoring, unlimited edits or universal platform support without a specific agreement.

Need a website built first?

If the current site can't support the business, ongoing fixes may not be the right starting point. We can assess a new build or redesign instead.

Questions before we begin.

Can you maintain a website you didn't build?

Potentially. We first review the platform, access, code or plugin dependencies and existing condition to determine a realistic support scope.

Does maintenance include hosting?

Not automatically. Hosting, domains, subscriptions and third-party costs are clarified in the agreement.

Is around-the-clock emergency support included?

Only if a specific service arrangement explicitly provides it. Routine maintenance should not be confused with 24/7 monitoring or response.

Can you add pages or change the design?

Minor updates may fit a maintenance scope. Larger builds, redesigns and new integrations are separately scoped when necessary.

Will you manage SEO too?

Technical website checks are not the same as a full SEO program. We can coordinate with ongoing SEO and AI Search work when appropriate.
